As a mom it can be hard to find time for yourself. I am always trying to take care of things for others (the kids, hubby, the house, etc) and I put off taking care of me. I discovered massage therapy in high school after a car accident. When my treatment period was over, I continued going for relaxation massages once a month for a couple of years.  As time passed, we bought our house and money for that type of thing was rare, so I eventually gave it up.

It has taken me a long time to realize that I need some time for me. Making sure I am taken care of helps me have the energy to take care of my family.  Having that time to relax and unwind and let the stress melt away from my body is something that I need to prioritize‚Ķ
